Due to the nature of our products, especially flowers and other perishable items, our refund and return policy is designed to protect product quality while ensuring fair support for our customers.
1. General Policy
Because flowers, bouquets, cakes, chocolates, and other fresh or perishable gift items are time-sensitive in nature, most products sold on favishblooms.ae are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. This is consistent with the site's existing terms.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Minor variations in flowers, wrapping, packaging, or presentation
- Delay caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
- Recipient not available at the time of delivery
- Recipient refusal to accept the order
- Failed delivery due to restricted access locations or unreachable recipient
- Issues caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
- Same-day, express, or custom-made orders once processing has started
Confirmed orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified, and same-day or express deliveries are strictly non-cancellable.
3. Cases Where Refund or Replacement May Be Considered
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund only in the following situations:

- The order was not delivered due to an error on our side

Damaged or wrong-product complaints must be reported within 1 hour and supported by photographic proof.

- Store credit for future use
The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the problem, product category, and supporting evidence provided.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be made to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by us
7. Product Substitution
As flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, certain blooms, colors, packaging, or gift items may be substituted with products of equal or higher value when necessary.
Such substitutions do not qualify for a refund, provided the overall style, value, and occasion suitability of the arrangement are maintained.
8. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests may only be considered before order preparation or processing begins. Once an order has entered preparation, dispatch, same-day delivery flow, or express delivery flow, it cannot be cancelled.
