Flower Delivery in Al Baraha — Hospital, Get Well & Same Day Gifts

Need to send flowers or a gift in Al Baraha today? FaVish Blooms delivers across Al Baraha 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including to Dubai Hospital and Al Baraha Hospital.

We're a Dubai flower shop based in Al Jaddaf, around 15 minutes away. If you're sending to a patient, it's worth reading the hospital delivery notes below first — some wards don't accept flowers, and we'd rather help you choose something that will actually reach them.

Browse over 600 options below, from AED 29 upwards.

We know hospital deliveries have rules

Not every ward accepts flowers. Intensive care and some maternity and oncology units restrict them for infection control. Tell us where you're sending and we'll help you pick something that gets through — or suggest a non-floral alternative if flowers won't.

Ward-friendly arrangements

Low-scent flowers are the safer choice for a patient sharing a room. Orchids, roses, lisianthus and chrysanthemums travel well and won't overwhelm a small space. We'll skip the lilies unless you ask for them.

Any hour, including visiting hours

We deliver around the clock. Hospital visiting hours are narrow and often in the evening, so you can time a delivery to arrive when someone's actually there to receive it.

When flowers aren't allowed

Fruit baskets, chocolate boxes, dates trays and small plants all work where flowers don't. Delivered to the ward, the reception, or the family home instead.

Sending flowers to Dubai Hospital or Al Baraha Hospital

A few minutes of preparation avoids a delivery that gets turned away at reception.

What we need from you:

  • The patient's full name as it appears on their admission — reception won't match a partial name
  • The hospital name, ward and room or bed number if you have it
  • A UAE mobile number — ideally for a family member present at the hospital rather than the patient, who may not have their phone
  • Any restrictions you already know about, in the notes field at checkout

Before you order, check the ward's policy. Most general wards accept flowers. Intensive care units almost never do. Some maternity and oncology wards restrict them, and policies vary between hospitals and even between wards. A quick call to the ward saves a wasted delivery.

What to choose:

  • Low-scent flowers — orchids, roses, lisianthus, chrysanthemums. Strong fragrance is unpleasant in a shared room and can bother patients with breathing difficulties.
  • Smaller arrangements — bedside space is limited. A large bouquet is a problem, not a gift.
  • Vase arrangements over wrapped bouquets — nobody on a ward wants to hunt for a vase.
  • Skip lilies unless you know they're welcome. Strongly scented, and the pollen stains.

If flowers aren't permitted, a fruit basket, chocolate box, dates tray or a small plant will usually be accepted, or we can deliver to the family home instead.

New baby at Dubai Hospital

Dubai Hospital handles a large number of births, and new-baby gifts are among the most common things we deliver in Al Baraha.

Many maternity wards restrict flowers, so a good number of our new-baby orders go to the family home once mother and baby are discharged — often the better option anyway, since there's more room and someone to receive it. Floral trays, balloon sets and personalised chocolate boxes all work well.

If you do want to send to the ward, check the policy first and keep the arrangement small.

Where we deliver in Al Baraha

Addressing tip for the residential streets: most Al Baraha buildings go by name rather than number and many have no intercom or reception. Give us the building name, flat number, floor and a nearby landmark — plus a working UAE mobile number for the recipient. Without that number, a driver at the door has no way to reach anyone.

What Al Baraha orders

Get well and hospital gifts — the largest category here, for obvious reasons.

New baby — floral trays, balloons and chocolate boxes, mostly to the family home.

Sympathy — white lilies and white roses, delivered quietly with a plain card. Tell us at checkout if you'd prefer a call to the recipient rather than the doorbell.

Birthdays — flowers, cake and balloons as one delivery. Cakes from AED 59.

Festival and family gifting — Eid, Ramadan, Diwali and Onam. Dates trays, sweets boxes and chocolate hampers.

Everyday gestures — a single wrapped rose from AED 35, chocolate boxes from AED 99.

Why FaVish Blooms

  • 24/7 delivery, so you can time a delivery to visiting hours
  • We'll tell you if flowers won't work and suggest something that will
  • Photo confirmation on request — useful when you can't visit yourself
  • One order, one delivery — flowers, cake, balloons and chocolates as a set
  • Over 600 options from AED 29 upwards
  • A real Dubai shop — The Residence Tower, Shop No 4, Al Jaddaf. We arrange everything ourselves rather than passing your order to a florist you didn't choose.

FAQs

Do you deliver flowers to Dubai Hospital?

Yes, and to Al Baraha Hospital, 24 hours a day. Please give us the patient's full name as it appears on their admission, the ward and room or bed number, and a UAE mobile number — ideally for a family member at the hospital rather than the patient. We'd also suggest checking the ward's flower policy before ordering, as some units don't accept them.

Which hospital wards don't allow flowers?

It varies by hospital and by ward. Intensive care units almost never permit flowers, and some maternity and oncology wards restrict them for infection control. General wards usually accept them. A quick call to the ward is the only reliable way to check — and if flowers aren't allowed, we can send a fruit basket, chocolate box, dates tray or a small plant instead.

What flowers are best for someone in hospital?

Low-scent varieties in a small arrangement. Orchids, roses, lisianthus and chrysanthemums all work well. Avoid strongly scented flowers like lilies, which can be unpleasant in a shared room and difficult for patients with breathing problems. A vase arrangement is more practical than a wrapped bouquet, since ward staff won't have a vase to hand.

Can I send a new baby gift to Dubai Hospital?

Yes, though many maternity wards restrict flowers, so a lot of our new-baby orders go to the family home after discharge instead — usually the easier option, with more space and someone there to receive it. Floral trays, balloon sets and personalised chocolate boxes all work well either way.

How fast can you deliver to Al Baraha?

We deliver 24/7 with no cut-off, and Al Baraha is around 15 minutes from our Al Jaddaf shop. Because hospital visiting hours are often narrow and in the evening, you can choose a delivery time that matches rather than taking the earliest available slot.

Which parts of Al Baraha do you cover?

All of it — Dubai Hospital, Al Baraha Hospital, the residential streets and apartment blocks throughout, and the Al Khaleej Road side. We also deliver to neighbouring Abu Hail, Hor Al Anz, Al Muteena, Naif, Al Ras and Al Waheda.

Do you have a shop in Al Baraha?

No. Our shop is at The Residence Tower, Shop No 4, Al Jaddaf, and we deliver to Al Baraha from there. You're welcome to visit us in Al Jaddaf if you'd rather choose in person.
